Business Analyst (SharePoint/ Content Migration)-

Responsibilities and Requirements:

Help to identify pain points, current processes and controls for various departments
Understand of SharePoint Online, the workflows and contents (files etc.) ;
Produce and oversee migration plan;
Coordinate with IT Department on IT solution and support to address end user's pain points
Work with IT team to finalise the requirements;
Able to communicate with large group of users, IT personnel and vendor.
Needs to listen / understand specific needs of different departments/ teams, and work out solutions and programme that can fulfil user, budget and schedule requirements.
