Business Analyst - Insurance - Hong Kong

A top-tier global insurance group is looking for a Business Analyst to join their project team. Prior exposure to customer-facing mobile applications/ individual product/ policy administration would be a strong advantage.

Key responsibilities

• You will support business leads for collection, analysis, validation and documentation of business stakeholders' needs and requirements
• You will deliver system solutions that cover process and workflow design, workflow system implementation and quality assurance
• You will be accountable for effective change management within projects, such as ensuring that changes to business requirements are effectively managed to ensure minimal impact to projects
• You will provide operational support on user enquiry, analysis services and production problem diagnosis

Key requirements

• 4+ years' hands-on business analysis experience, preferably within insurance or financial services
• Good understanding of one or more of the following functions: digital transformation (esp mobile apps), individual product, policy administration/maintenance, claims, etc.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese
