What You'll Do

As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in bridging the gap between business users and IT teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
  • Evaluating current processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization.
  • Reviewing and refining detailed functional specifications and business documentation.
  • Acting as a key point of communication between business teams, IT departments, and external vendors to ensure project objectives are aligned.
  • Defining testing scopes and developing test cases for in-house IT systems based on user requirements.
  • Supporting end-users by creating and delivering training materials and sessions.
  • Taking on ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the team manager.

What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you should bring:

  • A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with at least 3 years of relevant experience in financial services.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; knowledge of Access or programming languages is a plus.
  • The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive under pressure.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
