Business Analyst (Assistant Manager Grade), Insurance Product

Our client is a leading insurer within the APAC region. With their continuous expansion, an opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre Business Analyst to join their Product Delivery team, with a focus on Product Management support.

Responsibilities:

• Drive product management support initiatives, including product delivery, product implementation, product enhancement, etc.
• Collect and analyze business needs and requirements from different stakeholders, including both Product and IT departments
• Lead and conduct User Acceptance Tests (UAT), and formulate test plans and cases
• Ensure that product implementation and delivery corresponds to regulatory requirements
• Work on ad-hoc projects as required

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor's degree or above in related disciplines
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience within insurance
• Business Analysts with product knowledge and experience will have an advantage
• Good communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
