Business Analyst (3-8 years) and Assistant Project Manager (3-8 years) - FS Vendor

• Provide end-to-end business analysis and project management
• Scope project requirements and prepare budget
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement projects
• Attend meeting and report status to senior project stakeholders and clients
• Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
• Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues

• 3-7 years of experience in business analytics/ project management space; Proven work experience as a BA/ PMO will be considered too
• Hands on experience with project management software, like MS Project and JIRA
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Fast learner, candidates who have worked in fast-paced vendor/ solution provider is preferred
• Communication and team management skills
• Fluent in Cantonese is a must
