Business Analyst

The Company

Our client is a world's leading wine and spirits producer. They are hiring a business analyst, responsible to provide analytic review, insight and recommendation to drive and monitor business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to review and provide recommendation to business strategy according to customer behavior and product sale matrix
• Understand and monitor business performance drivers
• Work with business team to review promotion and activation performance against KPIs
• Prepare business review reports & commentary for monthly management meetings
• Handle monthly sales forecast and ensure forecasting align with business trend
• Work closely with demand planning team to review brand performance and provide recommendation on stock allocation
• Responsible for pricing analysis and ensure pricing data accuracy
• Handle ad-hoc analysis and projects, eg global review meeting, process improvement etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accountancy or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG & MNC
• Strong analytical skills and advanced skills in Excel
• Strong communication skill, problem solving skill and able to work under pressure
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• BI knowledge would be advantageous
