Business Analyst

Job Duties

Act as the main contact with customers to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
Conduct workshops and translate customer needs into clear process flows, API integration designs, and functional specifications.
Support product and API solution design, ensuring practicality, maintainability, and smooth delivery.
Prepare UAT plans and test cases; support customers through UAT and consolidate feedback for developers.
Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure alignment throughout the delivery cycle.
Assess the impact of customer-specific changes and support controlled customisation and change management.

Experience as a Business Analyst in IT, API, or integration-driven environments.
Strong skills in documenting requirements, workflows, and system interactions.
Hands-on experience with API products or system integration is preferred.
Familiar with UAT planning and customer-facing support.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Detail-oriented, structured, adaptable, and comfortable working in dynamic environments.
Experience with offshore/outsourced development teams is a plus.
