Job Duties

Customer Engagement & Business Analysis

  • Act as a primary liaison with customers to gather, analyze, and clarify business and functional requirements
  • Conduct requirement workshops and discussions, translating customer needs into clear documentation
  • Manage customer expectations through strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adapt analysis and solutions to suit different customer environments and use cases

Product, API & Process Design

  • Perform end‑to‑end business analysis for IT and API‑based products
  • Design and document:
    • Business and system process flows
    • API interaction and integration flows
    • End‑to‑end solution and data relationships
  • Provide clear functional specifications and design direction to outsourced developers
  • Support product design using tools such as iQAX
  • Ensure solutions are practical, maintainable, and suitable for efficient bug fixing and future enhancement

Testing, UAT & Delivery Support

  • Address delivery challenges including:
    • Limited or no user interface
    • Developer‑completed features with restricted internal testing capability
    • Heavy reliance on customer‑led UAT
  • Prepare UAT scenarios, test cases, and supporting documentation
  • Support customers during UAT cycles, consolidating feedback into actionable change requests
  • Work with development teams to clarify issues and drive timely resolution

Stakeholder Alignment & Change Impact Management

  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and customers to ensure alignment throughout delivery
  • Evaluate the impact of customer‑specific changes on existing clients and core product behaviour
  • Support controlled customization by:
    • Assessing downstream impacts
    • Engaging selected key customers for early validation and approval
  • Identify and resolve potential issues before key meetings, approvals, or go‑live milestones

Job Requirements

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT, API, or integration‑based environments
  • Strong ability to document business and functional requirements, process flows, and system interactions
  • Experience working with API products, system integrations, or platform‑based solutions
  • Familiarity with UAT planning, execution, and customer support
  • Experience working with outsourced or offshore development teams is an advantage

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse customer profiles
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Able to explain complex technical concepts in clear, business‑friendly terms
