- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and process flows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support testing and validation of solutions to ensure alignment with requirements.
- Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
- Analytical thinking with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Familiarity with project management and agile methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business analysis tools.
