Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and process flows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support testing and validation of solutions to ensure alignment with requirements.
  • Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.



Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills - ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
  • Analytical thinking with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Familiarity with project management and agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business analysis tools.
