Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Elicit and convert system requirements from users and business stakeholders into comprehensive documentation and technical specifications, ensuring business rules are well-defined, needs are captured, and risks are identified.
• Aid in the development, implementation, and upkeep of standardized requirements documents and user guides.
• Assist process owners in making informed decisions.
• Collaborate with BPM to ensure necessary business process setup or reengineering is accomplished.
• Execute application IAT & UAT, system configuration, and user training.
• Supervise regional activities and troubleshoot issues.
• Act as the primary liaison with the vendor's functional consultants.
• Offer technical support for functional modules during implementation and go-live stages.
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer for post go-live support and configuration.
• Schedule and conduct meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Solid background in business analysis or business process analysis, including experience in business process modeling and understanding of business processes.
• Over 3 years of pertinent experience, with a preference for experience in the commerce sector.
• Experience in project management and IT system implementation is advantageous.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, quick learner, and team player.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, with experience in leading meetings.
• Strong sense of responsibility, good analytical skills, self-motivated, and effective problem-solving abilities.
