Business Analysis Manager - Retail

About the Role:

  • Monitor and analyze retail and brand sales performance across stores, customers, and products.
  • Lead sales planning and forecasting activities in line with business and brand goals.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance updates for management.
  • Identify key business trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide actionable insights.
  • Review sales performance from different perspectives and recommend improvement plans.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business decisions and achieve KPIs.
  • Track the effectiveness of promotions, product launches, and commercial activities.
  • Support budgeting, target setting, and overall business planning processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and improve reporting tools and processes for better decision-making.

About the Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in business planning, sales analysis, or commercial analytics, preferably in the beauty, luxury retail, or FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and solid business acumen.
  • Good understanding of sales performance, forecasting, budgeting, and KPIs.
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with reporting or analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work well with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in retail or consumer-focused businesses is an advantage.
