Brand Manager - Retail

About the Role:

  • Implement global brand strategies across the region while tailoring campaigns to local consumer insights and cultural nuances.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning, visual identity, tone of voice, and storytelling across all touchpoints (stores, digital, media, and events).
  • Act as the regional brand guardian, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor regional marketing and brand campaigns, including seasonal launches, promotions, and collaborations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies (creative, PR, media) to deliver impactful campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Track campaign performance and optimize strategies based on KPIs and market feedback.
  • Partner with retail and visual merchandising teams to ensure strong in-store brand execution and customer experience.
  • Support store openings, refits, and pop-up activations with appropriate brand and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor customer perception and brand health across the region.
  • Analyze regional market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to global teams to influence future brand strategies and product direction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, e-commerce, PR, and sales.
  • Manage relationships with regional partners, influencers, and media to enhance brand presence.
  • Support franchise partners (if applicable) in aligning with brand standards and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize the regional brand and marketing budget.
  • Track brand KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement, footfall, and sales impact.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for senior management.

About the Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within fashion or lifestyle retail.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends, retail dynamics, and consumer behavior.
  • Experience managing multi-market or regional responsibilities is highly preferred.
  • Strong brand storytelling and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret market and campaign performance metrics.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative mindset with commercial awareness.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
