Brand Communications Manager - Consumer Brand / 35-40k

Our client is a well-known multinational consumer brand with business across 100+ countries. Accounted for over 80% of the market, they are one of the biggest player within the industry. With further growth plans, they are now looking for a Brand Communications Manager to lead their brand communication strategies.

You will be responsible for leading the brand communications and consumer insight strategy. You will be developing, managing and maintaining the overall brand image. As a Brand Communications Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the brand communications team and monitoring department's budget
  • Leading and developing brand communications strategies that align with local business strategies and global marketing guideline
  • Building brand image, visibility and reputation through media and influencer mapping, public relations management (spokesperson, ambassadors etc), and other content development
  • Orchestrating communications campaigns to align with major product launch, brand events and other sales & marketing activities
  • Collaborating with both internal stake holders and agencies to maximize communications efficiency and brand ownership
  • Contributing to consumer insight strategy through market research and data analysis

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Degree holder with at least 6 years of brand communications experience
  • Experience within the consumer product industry such as FMCG, lifestyle products would be an advantage
  • Strong marketing experience in social media channels
  • Experience in brand marketing and creative campaigns
  • Passionate, proactive, efficient and detail minded
  • Strong command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
