About the Role:
- Report to the Regional Retail Manager and collaborate closely with boutique teams and cross-functional partners.
- Recruit, coach, and strengthen the boutique team through ongoing training and mentorship aligned with company standards.
- Design and implement a focused boutique action plan that responds quickly to market conditions and delivers against sales objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day store activities to ensure operational excellence and achievement of sales goals.
- Prepare routine updates and maintain clear, effective communication with the Regional Retail Manager and head-office stakeholders.
- Deliver high-end clienteling and outstanding in-store service, expanding new and VIP client portfolios while managing follow-ups and resolving concerns.
- Monitor stock performance to maintain an optimal assortment and appropriate inventory levels.
- Execute assigned procedures and brand guidelines to uphold and reinforce brand identity and values.
About the Candidate:
- At least 10 years of luxury retail experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity; jewelry and watch experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical capability and commercial mindset, with the agility to adjust plans based on trading performance and market shifts.
- A hands-on, target-driven approach with solid communication and relationship-building skills.
- High personal drive, professionalism, and strong ethical standards.
- Proven leadership, sound judgment, and strengths in problem-solving and people management.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and retail systems.
