About the Role:
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a smooth workflow, effective inventory management, and adherence to company policies.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the team delivers exemplary customer service.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing personalized shopping experiences and addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Drive sales by setting performance goals for the team, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
- Ensure the store presentation is appealing and aligned with brand standards, including window displays and product placements.
- Manage stock levels, placing orders as necessary and ensuring the accurate tracking of inventory.
- Organize and participate in events, promotions, and marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Prepare budgets, analyze financial reports, and maintain records of sales and expenses.
About the Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the jewelry industry.
- In-depth knowledge of jewelry products, trends, and customer preferences.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in inventory management systems and POS technology.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
