Billings & Accounts Officer (International law firm)

About Our Client:

Our client is an international law firm with over 20 offices globally, they are currently looking for a Billing & Accounts Officer to assist in billing and accounting matters, the position will report to Finance Manager and work closely with another biller in the team.

Report to Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Prepare billings for HK office
• Effectively interact and communicate with fee earners and secretaries on billing matters
• Assist Finance Manager on full set of account and month end closing
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned by fee earners

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting and Finance or any related disciplines
• At least 1 year experience in billing
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Attention to details, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
