Billing Senior Officer, up to 35k

Our client is a reputable and market-leader in Hong Kong, with long history anmd deep roots serving various banking sectors. To cope with their business expansion, they are currently looking for a Senior Officer to join their billing team.

This role will help in various projects including system enhancement and streamlinging operational flow, on top of regular day-to-day billing operations. Candidates with UAT/ system enhancement experience will have definite advantage.

Primary Responsibilities

• Handle daily billing operational matters
• Perform perioid month-end closing financial reports
• Assist in the system enhancement project and perform UAT
• Help in streamlining the operational process

Requirements

• Degree holder
• Minimum 2 years of relavent billing experience in a MNC setting
• Good sense of ownership and servicing mindset
• Good command of Chinese and English
