Billing Officer (Professional services, HKD30k)

About Our Client:

Our client is a well-known professional services, they are currently looking for a billing coordinator to assist in invoicing and billing matters, the position will work closely with lawyers and directly report to partners of the firm.

Report to Billing Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Prepare billings for HK office
• Effectively interact and communicate with attorneys, secretaries and vendors
• Liaise with the fee earners and vendors on the billing and settlement matters
• Participate in the billing system enhancement
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned by fee earners

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting and Finance or any related disciplines
• At least 2 years experience in billing
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Attention to detailts, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
