BA Lead

Responsibility

Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of digital banking platform projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation

Lead the identification and analysis of detailed functional and non-functional requirements and specifications in order to capture the business needs of the retail banking sector.

Analyze current business processes to identify opportunities for process improvement and platform modernization.

Develop comprehensive requirements and interface specifications using various techniques such as use cases, stories, data mappings, process flow charting, and report specifications.

Create test strategies, test plans, and success criteria to ensure the quality of implemented solutions.

Collaborate with product owner to design and document end-to-end business processes and technology solutions that enhance efficiency, automate manual tasks, and reduce operational risk.

Coordinate with technical, vendor, and business teams to manage system integrations and user acceptance testing, resolving issues in a timely manner.

Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.

Requirements

Hold a university degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.

Have a minimum of 6 years of experience as a business analyst or project manager
