AVP, Wealth Product Risk, Retail Banking

Our client is a global bank with multiple line of business. With their continuous expansion in their wealth management business, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a product risk/ product governance professional to join their expanding team under retail banking business.

Report to the team head, you will be an experienced member in the team to work closely with wealth product managers to perform end-to-end process review & risk control on business initiatives. You will prepare risk assessment for product development and enhancement to ensure the compliance of internal policies and standards for the submission to Product Approval Committee. You will coordinate with business teams to support on audit review.
To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor degree or above in related discipline
• Minimum 7 years' experience in product development/ product management/ process management/ audit gained in retail banking wealth management
• Knowledge in deposit, FX, Investment , structured products, portfolio finance will be a strong advantage
• Strong analytical, interpersonal skills and communications skill
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
