AVP - Product Manager - Digital Transformation

My client is a top financial institution in Hong Kong. They are looking for a high-caliber candidate to join them as a Product Manager for digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating the ongoing rollout and adoption of Confluence and Jira
• Work closely with internal IT teams to enhance end-users' experience
• Define, implement and evolve practices and processes to incorporate Jira and Confluence into Agile software development frameworks
• Administer and configure role-based access controls, user licenses, features, spaces and projects within these productivity tools
• Work closely with the CRM/RPA/AI product owners and technical teams to deliver punctual projects
• Lead the product creation and development cycle, from ideation and research, to implementation

Job Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Information Technology, Business Administration and related disciplines
• 8+ years of working experience in product management / project management for digitalization
• Recent working experience in enterprises/banks/insurers is preferred
• Experienced in digital & business transformation projects within enterprise
• Product management experience in Enterprise Tools is a must, e.g. Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, Microsoft etc
• Well-practiced in Agile methodology
• Solid knowledge and skills on Confluence and Jira is a must
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a bonus.
