AVP Finance in Suzhou

About the company:

Our client is a Hong Kong Listed international company with a major business in manufacturing of electronic goods. As part of their development, they are currently looking to hire an Assistant Vice President of Finance based in the Suzhou manufacturing facility to manage the overall Finance function and become the business partner to factory GM and group level finance team

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead the Finance & Accounting team in PRC factory, involve in streamlining business operations, cost management
• Become the finance business partner for internal stakeholders and provide advice on business performance and risks including the GM
• Occasional meeting with different offices and stakeholders to discuss growth and cost saving opportunities
• Provide analytical insights and financial reports to the group headquarters in Hong Kong, regular meetings with group level team to report performance
• Drive budgeting, forecasting to ensure accurate delivery of financial information
• Improvement of existing reporting templates for management usage

Key requirements

• Willingness to be based in the Suzhou manufacturing facility
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines with professional qualification
• At least 15 years of working experience in Accounting related fields in a sizable organization
• Manufacturing experience is a must, with electronics industry exposure as an added advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
