AVP, Business Analytics - Retail Banking

Our client is a well-established bank with a diversified business portfolio in Hong Kong. With their continuous expansion, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre customer analytics/business intelligence professional to join their retail banking business.

Reporting to the Team Head, you will be a key member of the team to help drive the retail banking business's performance by providing business insight through driving data analytics. You will help build performance dashboards and to identify different trends to support business evaluations on marketing activities, sales performance, and portfolio management, to maximize customer experience. You will drive cross-function discussions based on insights drawn from analytics and assist on formulating business plans. You will also help carry out projects on other business functions.

To qualify, the individual must possess:

• Bachelor's Degree holder, preferably in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer analytics/business intelligence/CRM/database marketing gained from the Banking industry
• Knowledge in SAS/Tableau/Python is highly preferred
• High adaptability, good organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Chinese
