AVP, Business Analyst - RegTech (ibank)

My client is a top-notch investment institution in Hong Kong, with strong and stable business. They are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to join them to support RegTech projects.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs, evaluate solution options, drive and lead the business solution
• Conduct RegTech projects to revamp workflow, simplify process, manage reporting for business facilitation
• Utilize AI and RPA technologies to enhance operational efficiency
• Prepare structured requirements documents / user stories, functional specification, end-to-end process flows and use cases.
• Identify business needs and goals, and translate the requirements into technical deliverables for internal IT team and vendors
• Prepare documentation such as test plans, business requirement metrics, test cases, daily status reports, and UAT completion certificates
• Coordinate with internal users, external business parties and regulatory bodies
• Ensure project delivery is on time and meets project scope and expectation

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or relevant
• 8+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst in top sell-side/Big 4 firms would be desired
• Qualifications in PMP for project management, and any AI/RPA-related certificates
• Solid project management skills in both Agile and Waterfall environments
• Experienced in AI/RPA/ML project management
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
