Consultant, Talent & Research, Banking & Financial Services
Our client is a fast-growing bank with diversified businesses in Retail, Corporate and Private banking. With their continuous growth, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre segment management professional to join their retail banking business.
Reporting to the Team Head, you will help assist on creating customer acquisition for affluent segments, formulate cross-selling strategies, plan and implement various business initiatives, along with marketing promotions and campaigns to drive penetration for targeted segments. You will drive the customer journey by formulating strategies and carry out projects to uplift customer experience. You will work with various internal stakeholders to ensure that the most suitable products are marketed to relevant customers and provide excellent client experience within the bank. You will also work closely with different sales channels, especially online channels, to formulate and develop marketing strategies/plans for them to enhance their sales performance.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- University degree in related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years' experience in segment management/product management/marketing/business management within retail banking or insurance
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in both Chinese and English
