Asst. Key Account Manager - 25k + 5k (Stable Commission)

Job description

My client is a fast growing Chinese personal care company. With a sales office consisted of 6 members in Hong Kong, they had recorded profit growth in 4 consecutive years. Looking to further improve their sales performance, they are now in search of an Assistant Key Account Manager. Candidates with more experience would be considered as Key Account Manager.

You would be the key accountable person from day to day operation to business results of the assigned key accounts. You would driving sales and marketing activities to improve sales revenue. As an Key Account Manager, your responsibilities would include:

  • Take the lead as the key accountable person of assigned key accounts from day to day operation to business results
  • Drive and support sales performance of key customers to achieve sales target
  • Support marketing promotional activities to promote brand awareness and sales performance
  • Negotiate trade terms and manage budget plan / forecast for assigned key accounts
  • Maintain a consistent and business friendly relationship with key customers
  • Conduct market research and provide market intelligence / insights for further sales strategies planning

To quality, one must possess:

  • Degree holder with at least 2 years of key account management experience within the FMCG industry
  • Experience handling accounts such as Wellcome, 7-11 or Mannings would be an advantage
  • Candidates with more experience would be considered as Key Account Manager
  • Fast learner with strong communication skills
  • Strong command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
