Associate Recruitment Consultant / Researcher - Legal Support

As part of our expansion plans in Hong Kong we are looking for an Associate Consultant / Researcher to join usin the legal support recruitment team.

Responsibilities

  • Build a strong and sustainable relationship with both existing key accounts and develop new clients to maximize business opportunities
  • Understand client's job assignment requirements and conduct a search for potential talent thereafter
  • Filter and assess suitability of potential candidates, adjusting the search parameters and direction when applicable
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to seek out the ideal candidate for the position
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to relevant job boards to generate pipelines
  • Enhance candidate and client pool through efficient utilization of internal database, networks, and professional networking events
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the organization to enhance efficiency so as to keep us ahead of the competition, and induce retention internally

Requirements

  • Degree or above in any disciplines, 1 year of working experience in relatable field is advantageous
  • Experience in recruitment, legal sector or human resources is a plus
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to deal with external clients professionally
  • Self-motivated and results driven, with a positive mindset
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin would be advantageous
  • Strong drive to learn to become a professional recruiter
