Associate Recruitment Consultant

Ambition is a leading global recruitment and executive search business operating across key international cities, specializing in areas within Banking & Financial Services, Business Support, Finance & Accounting, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain & Procurement, and Technology.
As part of our expansion plans in Hong Kong we are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join us and assist in the following:
What you will do

• Understand client's job assignment requirements and conduct a search for potential candidates thereafter
• Filter and assess suitability of potential candidates, adjusting the search parameters and direction when applicable
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to seek out the ideal candidate for the position
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to relevant job boards to generate pipelines
• Enhance candidate pool through efficient utilization of internal database, networks, and professional networking events
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the organization to enhance efficiency so as to keep us ahead of the competition, and induce retention internally

Who we are looking for:

• Degree or above in any disciplines
• Good presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deal with external clients professionally
• Self motivated and results driven, with a positive mindset in wanting to excel
• Able to think outside the box for creative solutions and challenge the status quo
