Associate Director, Product Marketing, Insurance

Our client is a well-established international insurance company with a strong presence in Hong Kong. As their business continues to expand, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre product marketing professional to join their team.

Reporting to the Team Head, you will be a key member of the local Life Insurance marketing team and follow the end-to-end of the product marketing cycle for the business. You will supervise your team and help maximize and deploy omni-channel strategies to get the most out of product benefits. You will communicate with internal and external stakeholders to develop different marketing strategies and implement different campaigns to enable sales and catch the attention of clients.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor's degree or above in related disciplines
• Minimum 7 years' experience in marketing in the financial services sector, with relevant experience in the Life Insurance industry
• Experience in project management will be an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Excellent command in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
