Associate Director, Agency Digital Engagement, Insurance

Our client is a leading insurer within the APAC region. As part of an expansion, a unique opportunity has arisen for an agency development/management candidate to join their growth marketing team, focusing on driving digital engagement within the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver new features and driving adoption of different digital tools for the agency channel
• Understand the needs and difficulties faced by agents while using digital tools
• Develop, communicate, implement, and manage effective agency channel strategies
• Increase agency engagement through strategic communications with agents, driving their use of digital tools
• Coordinate with other departments, including other channels and marketing, to maximize sales

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor's degree or above in related disciplines
• Minimum 10+ years of experience gained within insurance, preferably within sales and marketing
• Experience driving digital engagement within agency channel is a must
• Strong innovative, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
