Associate Consultant

We're now looking for an Associate Consultant to join our high-performing team and grow their career within recruitment. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to venture into the world of recruitment, whether you're a fresh grad or looking to make a career switch or an experienced consultant looking to join a new organisation.

What you will do

• Understand client's requirements and conduct a search for potential candidates
• Filter and assess suitability of potential candidates, adjusting the search parameters and direction when applicable
• Conduct interviews using a range of reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to seek out the ideal candidate for the position
• Prepare recruitment materials and post job advertisements to various job boards to generate pipelines
• Enhance candidate pool through efficient utilization of internal database, networks, and professional networking events

Who we are looking for

• Good presentation and communication skills,
• Ability to deal with external clients professionally
• Self motivated and result driven, with a positive mindset in wanting to succeed
• Previous experiences in a agency recruitment or sales environment is highly preferred
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
