Associate, Client Services (Buy-side, 35-45k)

As a Client Services Associate, you are responsible for the following but not limited to:

• Act as a point of contact for clients and resolve any enquiries or issues
• Responsible for end-to-end client on boarding process
• Provide business support including marketing materials to front line staff
• Communicate with other internal stakeholders including IT, Operations and Risk teams to handle any trade related issues
• Participate in system enhancement such as UAT testing if necessary

To qualify, individual must possess:

• University degree holder in Business Administration or equivalent disciplines
• Ideally 5 years of client facing experience gained from Asset Management/ Wealth Management industry
• A good team player, willing to learn and able to work under high pressure
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in Cantonese and English
