Associate Business Analyst

Job duties

• Liaise with different stakeholders including IT development team and related parties
• Gather user requirements, drive UAT plan, impact analysis to meet business objectives
• Support arrangement of meetings, training and other communications alongside presentation material development
• Investigate and resolve system and project issues

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year work experience as Business Analyst
• Experience working in insurance industry is beneficial
• Back-end program/ system exposure is highly preferable
• Pro-active attitude with strong drive to learn
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Proficient in Cantonese and English, both spoken and written
