Assistant Supply Chain Manager (Consumer Retail | 34 - 38k)

Job description

My client is an expanding consumer retail brand. Looking to enhance their supply chain function, they are now in search of an Assistant Supply Chain Manager.

Reporting to the Finance Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead a small team to ensure smooth order placement and shipment process for Hong Kong and Macau market
  • Manage and maintain healthy inventory cycle to fulfill business objectives while maintaining both cost and operation efficiency
  • Manage and monitor 3PL performance over warehouse operation with KPI regulation and SOP reviews
  • Collaborate with headquarter and cross country teams on shipment coordination and replenishment
  • Support headquarter and China team on process improvement projects

To qualify, one must possess

  • Degree holder with at least 4 years of supply chain management experience
  • Experience on supply chain management including order and shipment coordination, 3PL management and process improvement
  • Candidate with more experience would be considered for Supply Chain Manager
  • Proactive problem solver, can do attitude and independent
  • Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English
