Assistant Sales Manager (Electronic | 30k + 15k comm)

My client is market leading electronic appliance brand. Looking to enhance their sales function, they are now in search of an Assistant Sales Manager.

Reporting to the Sales Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the retail channel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches and promotions.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends to senior management.

To qualify, one must possess

• At least 3 years of channel sales experience within the electronic appliance industry
• Experience handling audio product will be an advantage (Bluetooth earphone, headset, speaker)
• Good communication skills, proactive, independent
• Proficient command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
