Assistant Retail Training Manager - Beauty

About the Role:

  • Support the creation and delivery of impactful training programs focused on product knowledge, brand storytelling, selling techniques, and service excellence.
  • Conduct in‑store coaching sessions, workshops, and virtual trainings to reinforce skills and boost confidence.
  • Partner with the Training Manager and cross‑functional teams to execute training plans for new launches and seasonal campaigns.

  • Ensure consistent and elevated customer experience across all retail locations.

About the Candidate:

  • Experience in retail training, beauty consulting, or skincare advisory roles.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for skincare science and educating others.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts into easy‑to‑learn content.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly to support store teams.
