Assistant Public Relations Manager (Art; 25 - 30k)

Our client is an expanding modern art gallery with strong funding and artist partnership. Looking to enhance their media relations, they are now in search of an Assistant Public Relations Manager.

Reporting to the founder, your responsibilities will include:

• Develop strong and sustainable media relations to maximize gallery's public relations
• Develop marketing campaign and media content across different formats of media including print, online, tv, radio, and email mailing
• Collaborate with artist, studios or marketing agencies on media content creation
• Arrange press trip with media to maximize gallery's exposure
• Serve as the gallery's key contact person for media externally and during exhibition or art fairs

To qualify, one must possess:

• Degree holder with at least 2 year of public relations experience within either media agency or art institution
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for Senior Public Relations Executive
• Experience in media relations management and media content creation
• Interest and passion in art industry
• Intermediate knowledge about photography would be an advantage
• Independent, innovative, positive and energetic
• Strong command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
