Assistant Manager/Senior Accountant

About Our Client:

Our client is a one of the world's leading property company listed oversea and with operation globally. Hong Kong is their Regional head office, they're looking for a Senior Accountant/Assistant Manager to join their finance team

Repots to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:

• Prepare monthly financial and management reporting packages and schedules for Hong Kong and overseas entities
• Prepare monthly group consolidation, group statutory reporting packages
• Prepare annual budget, variance analysis, strategy plan and forecast for the group
• Coordinate with internal & external auditors on annual audit and tax matters
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as requested

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance / Accounting, qualified accountant or finalist
• Big 4 background is preferred
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in assurance (audit) or financial planning and reporting
• Self-motivated, problem solving skills and able to work independently
• Speaks fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
