Assistant Manager, Regional HR

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with leadership teams in international offices to deliver a comprehensive range of HR services.
  • Partner with overseas HR teams to review local pay structures, incentives, and benefits programs to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Support management in evaluating and approving staffing plans, ensuring adherence to established standards and guidelines.
  • Oversee annual global HR activities such as performance evaluations, salary adjustments, bonus allocation, and budgeting, ensuring timely and professional execution.
  • Manage cross-border transfers, including package design, visa processing, tax considerations, and related logistics.
  • Assess global HR processes, policies, and workflows, providing expert guidance to overseas offices on implementation and compliance.
  • Maintain and administer HR Information Systems effectively.
  • Assist in rolling out corporate HR initiatives across international offices and handle ad-hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within a multinational or regional corporate setting.
  • Practical experience in Compensation & Benefits management and HRIS administration.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong command of English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is essential.
