Assistant Manager, Product Development - Insurance

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and developing cutting-edge general insurance products for various distribution channels
  • Support product development, implementation, and working closely with actuarial, operations, legal, compliance, distribution and IT teams.
  • Craft engaging presentation materials, detailed product specifications, policy provisions, launch packs, and evaluation reports.
  • Ensure the seamless delivery of product materials, training tools, and product briefings before launch.
  • Continuously review and assess the performance and competitiveness of existing, new, and revamped products.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in insurance product development
  • Candidates with experience in sales, underwriting, and operations (non-product development roles) are also welcome.
  • IIQAS, ACII, ANZIIF designations, or other relevant professional/insurance qualifications.
  • Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English
