Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies using CRM platforms to identify, nurture, and convert leads into loyal customers.
  • Manage and optimize social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation, ensuring alignment with ROI-focused marketing goals.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-channel sales teams (including retail, e-commerce, and distribution) to analyze performance metrics and implement initiatives that drive sales growth.
  • Utilize CRM databases creatively to segment audiences, personalize communications, and design targeted campaigns that maximize return on investment.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in FMCG, CRM technologies, and social media to innovate and refine performance marketing tactics.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of performance marketing efforts.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, CRM management, or digital marketing with prior exposure in the consumer brand industry.
  • Proven expertise in CRM tools and social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from CRM databases to inform creative, results-driven marketing strategies.
  • Experience working collaboratively with sales teams across multiple channels to achieve revenue targets.
  • Creative mindset with a track record of developing innovative campaigns that leverage data for personalized customer experiences and measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese is required.
