Assistant Manager, Marketing and Communications, Retail Banking

Our client is a well-established banking group with a stable and diversified business portfolio. They are now seeking a high-calibre marketing candidate to join their Marketing Communications team within their Retail Banking business.

Reporting to the Team Head, you will be a key member of the marketing communications team to assist on planning and implementing marketing strategies to build brand awareness and enhance customer relationships. You will work closely with the product marketing team to implement marketing initiatives and producing marketing materials in supporting business growth. You will manage advertising agencies to ensure delivery of quality marketing materials that match with the bank's brand image and direction.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor's degree in related disciplines
• 2+ years relevant experience in Marketing Communications/Segment Marketing/Product Marketing gained within Banking/Financial institutions
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese
