Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing (Insurance)

Job description


  • Manage and drive the complete end-to-end process for integrated marketing strategies, campaigns, and product launches
  • Implement a range of marketing activities to establish the brand's presence, increase traffic to the online platform, and nurture lead generation
  • Oversee the production house, creative agency, and social media teams to ensure all campaign-related projects are completed according to the specified brief, on schedule, and within the allocated budget, with a emphasis on digital, ATL, and BTL tactics to drive the overall campaign
  • Drive the content strategy by creating compelling content and closely monitoring its performance to enable continuous optimization
  • Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, display advertising, email, and content marketing, aligning them to the goals of individual projects


  • Bachlor's degree in relevant disiplines
  • 5 or more years of working experience in branding or digital marketing
  • Insurance experience is a must
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
