Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing, Banking

Job description

Our client is a well-established banking group with a stable and diversified portfolio, with businesses in Retail, Corporate and Private banking. They are now seeking a high-caliber digital marketing candidate to join their retail banking business.

Reporting to the Team head, you will be a key member of the digital marketing team to help plan and run digital marketing and digital acquisition strategies for different products, segments, and services. You will communicate closely with the marketing communications team to help develop effective marketing campaigns for digital channels, including but not limited to social media and digital-heavy retail banking products. You will also communicate with marketing agencies to ensure that the delivery of marketing materials match with the bank's brand image and direction. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness on marketing campaigns, and help provide reports to performance evaluations.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in related discipline
  • Minimum 3+ years of working experience in marketing in the retail banking industry; experience in digital marketing is a plus
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop/HTML/JavaScript is an advantage
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
