Assistant Manager, CRM Data Analytics

Job description

As the CRM Data Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting customer data to enhance the company's CRM strategies and improve overall customer experiences.


  • Analyze and interpret customer data from CRM systems to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization efforts across various marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and IT, to gather requirements and develop effective CRM reporting and dashboards.
  • Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value, and provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Conduct regular data cleansing and verification to ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM, data analysis, and customer analytics, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.


  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Marketing or a related field.
  • A minimal of 8 years of relevant work experience as a CRM Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on analyzing customer data and optimizing CRM strategies.
  • Prior exposure in consumer brand, retail, insurance or retail banks would be a definite advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools, such as SQL, Python or SAS.
  • Solid understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization techniques.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, to create compelling reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese is required.
