Assistant Manager, Corporate Communications, Insurance

Our client is a well-established global insurer. As part of a fast expansion, a unique opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Communciations/PR professional to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus on both corporate communications and customer experience
• Drive different initiatives in both customer experience and communications to increase company's brand awareness
• Support the development and implementation of media relations strategies to maintain and promote the company's image
• Drive various communications activities, including handling media enquiries and monitoring media reporting
• Support Marketing in driving different campaigns
• Handle ad-hoc projects to meet different business requirements

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in communications, public relations, translation, or journalism
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience within Media Relations/Corporate Communications/Marketing/Customer Experience gained from the financial services industry
• Experience in insurance will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills
• Excellent writing and communication skills in both English and Chinese
