Assistant Manager, Business Operations

Job description

Reporting to the Senior Manager, business operations, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Provide administrative and operational support for the department including drafting memorandum and organising internal and external meetings
  • Handle customer enquires and complains in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with IT, compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure operations align with policies and regulations
  • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests to support the broader business objective


  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a business operations, process improvement, or project management role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
