(Assistant) Manager, Agency Training

Job description

Our client is a sizeable insurer within the APAC region. With their continuous expansion, an opportunity has arisen for an agency training professional to join their team.


  • Design and develop training programs and strategies for agents that align with company goals
  • Revamp training and course materials based on market needs
  • Implementing different training programs depending on products and situations
  • Provide operations support, along with managing and designing the e-learning training system

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within financial services, preferably within insurance
  • Candidates with experiences in agency and/or training would have an advantage
  • Creative and detail-oriented mindset, along with good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communications skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
