Assistant IA Manager (up to HK$45k)

• Responsible for internal audit/internal control projects within the designated portfolio.
• Monitor business operations for compliance with internal policies and controls.
• Implement risk control measures in business operations.
• Prepare reports and analyses for financial and business recommendations.
• Enhance audit proficiencies and improve workflows and practices.
• Plan and deliver assurance work, including planning, fieldwork, reporting, and tracking of audit findings.
• Collaborate with the IT Internal Audit team in an integrated audit approach.
• Lead meetings, analyze data, review documents, and develop findings and recommendations.
• Manage stakeholders across departments/geographical areas.
• Deploy resources to ensure timely and budgeted audits, providing regular updates.
• Conduct high-quality audits by understanding the business, industry, and risks.
• Prepare timely reports with clear communication and agreement on issues with senior management.
• Obtain relevant data, exercise professional judgment, and manage ad hoc projects, including whistleblowing investigations.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting and Finance or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years in external or internal audit experiences from Big 4 or 2nd tier CPA firms
• CPA, CIA or CISA qualification is a must
• Strong communication and language skills (in Chinese and English)
• Willing to learn attitude, attention to details and a good team player
