Job Descriptions

  • Handle HR operation, exclude recruitment and payroll calculation
  • Manage salary review, promotion planning, salary benchmarking for on-site contractors as well as back office staffs
  • Responsible for high volume of staff onboarding, offboarding process, visa application, fringe benefits management etc.
  • Review data accuracy in HRIS and generating reports for management review
  • Support in global HR project e.g. system migration etc.

Qualification and Experience

  • Degree holder
  • Minimum 8 years experience with supervisory experience
  • Engineering industry experience or from a sizeable company is ideal
  • Experience in fast-paced environment or high volume of work is deal
  • Strong communication skills


  • 30-38k/month x 13
