Assistant Finance Manager / Senior Accountant (listed MNC)

About Our Client:

Our client is a one of the world's leading energy company listed oversea and with operation globally. Hong Kong is their APAC regional office, they're looking for a Senior Accountant / Assistant Manager to join their finance team

Repots to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Prepare monthly financial and management reporting packages and schedules for Hong Kong and overseas entities in APAC
  • Prepare monthly group consolidation, group statutory reporting packages
  • Prepare annual budget, variance analysis, strategy plan and forecast for the group
  • Assist in SEC financial fillings
  • Coordinate with external auditors on annual audit, disclosure noted and tax calculations
  • Comply with internal control and company's policies
  • Involved in system implementation
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as requested

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Finance / Accounting, qualified accountant or finalist
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in assurance (audit) and financial planning and reporting
  • SAP / Oracle work experiences is preferred
  • Self-motivated, problem solving skills and able to work independently
  • Speaks fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
